MTA submitted a planning application for a new build project in the Brockley conservation area, within the borough of Lewisham in London. The site was originally part of the garden to 6 Tressillian Crescent but was subdivided into a separate site a few years ago. The site had direct access from Tressilian Road.

A sensitive and detailed scheme was developed with the client and conservation team at Lewisham that respects the existing conservation area whilst also creating a new contemporary home.

The proposal was recommended for planning approval but unfortunately the client was unable to complete the purchase of the site so the application was withdrawn.
